Caleb is currently attending the University of Virginia, double majoring in East Asian Studies and Economics with a minor in Mathematics.   He interned at the district office of Congressman Adam Schiff for the 2011 Political Internship.  At UVa, Caleb serves as the president of the Taiwanese Student Association, the Founder and Manager of the UVa Starcraft Team, and is a brother of Lambda Phi Epsilon National Fraternity Inc.  His hobbies include amateur competitive eating, collecting random things like shoes or bandannas, and keeping in touch with his Taiwanese roots with a nice big cup of, as they call it on the East Coast: “Bubble tea.”

Internship Reflection:

This internship was clearly structured in such a way that this bond within the intern class became an essential part to each individual intern’s positive experience.  We were able to use each other for information, motivation, advice, insight, friendship, you name it.  These lasting friendships are what make it so easy for me to declare this my best summer ever.  I feel more prepared and less perplexed by the road ahead of me.
