Bob was born and raised in Houston, TX. He graduated from the University of Southern California, where he studied International Relations with a focus on Global Business. Upon graduation, Bob participated in the TACL Political Internship and received the Joyce Chiang Outstanding Political Intern Award. After working in different places throughout the world like China, Mexico, Vietnam, and Paraguay, Bob ended up in New York City and is currently a Financial Analyst with a private investment firm. He is the first President of TAP-NY. Bob is also currently serving as a board member in another non-profit organization - Amigos de las Americas. Bob is passionate about leadership and education policy, and in his free time enjoys Kendo, Boxing, and Chinese calligraphy.
