Julia is a workers' compensation defense associate attorney at Kegel, Tobin & Truce APC. She graduated from Wellesley College in Wellesley, MA and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA. She was a former law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office as well as the United States Attorney's Office, Criminal Division in Sacramento.
Julia feels she is the TAP "ah-mah" ("grandmother" in Taiwanese) since she's been involved since 2004. She has been TAP Secretary and Social Programs Chair before becoming the current Vice President. Julia is also involved in TACL, both as a political intern in 2002 and a coordinator for the Political Internship Program in 2004 and 2009. She currently acts as the Vice President for the TACL-LA Chapter and a member on its Political Internship Program Committee.
Julia eagerly awaits winters to snowboard, enjoys cooking/baking, loves to karaoke, and is a closet nerd (shhh). You can find her exploring the area around her new Downtown condo, stuck in traffic going to and from courthouses/satellite offices, or at a happy hour.
