Roll Jean (RJ) Cheng is currently a consultant for Accenture where she has most recently been focused on project management and business readiness activities for her IT clients. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. Industrial Engineering. At UW, she was heavily involved in the Society of Women Engineers and was Secretary and President of the group during her undergraduate years. In addition to SWE, RJ also was a part of the Emerging Leaders program and received the Minority Science and Engineering Program Emerging Leaders Scholarship in multiple years.

While RJ has not been heavily involved in TACL activities prior to this year, she was a member of UW TSA (Taiwanese Student Association) and has always shown Taiwanese pride and remained very close to her heritage. One way she's retained that is through her passion for all styles of dance and experience in performing classical/folk Chinese dance. In addition to dance, RJ also enjoys good conversations, good eats, and good travels!
