From the President: Happy New Year Everyone! This month and the next, we continue with events to help people to develop professionally, to network, make new friends, bring the community together, and promote and preserve our identity. This year marks an important year in both the US and Taiwan, with both countries having their Presidential Elections. We hope you will exercise your Democratic right to vote, and be involved in your community. If interested in observing the Taiwan Elections, FAPA YPG is hosting an Election Tour 3/13-3/26. Go here for info: http://ypg.fapa.org/events/. Deadline is Saturday, January 19! If you have any college friends or family, please pass on the info about the TACL Political Internship Program. It aims to develop young community leaders here in the US by placing them in elected official's offices in LA, OC, SF, and Washington DC.
