Hi TAP Members, Friends, and Community,
2011 is rolling in right around the corner, and in hopes of enjoying the very last of 2010, we hope that you will all be able to find some time to come out, and join us for some good food, good company, extensive networking, and fun community service!
We will be bringing in the holidays with our annual TAP Christmas Dinner / Toy Drive / White Elephant Gift Exchange: A TAPpy Holiday Party of Secret Santas. Join us on December 16th at Café Bizou in Pasadena. We will be collecting toy donations, so please bring those for a discounted rate on dinner ticket prices (Purchase your tickets now!: http://2010tapchristmasdin
ner.eventbrite.com/) These toys will be delivered to Heartfelt Foundation on Saturday, December 18th, 2010, where we will also help to provide volunteers at Heartfelt's annual Christmas Service Project & Party. Please see below for more information.
We hope to see you all before going into the New Years! If you are unable to come out to dinner or service, the TAP Cabinet and Family wishes you all a very safe and Happy Holidays! We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas too.

TAP is very excited to announce that we are supporting the Heartfelt Foundation's Annual Christmas Service Project.
THE
HEARTFELT FOUNDATION is sponsoring a Christmas/Holiday party for
hundreds of children in-need from ages 1-15 living throughout the
greater Los Angeles community.
Last year, more than 1,500
impoverished children and their families attended the event. The event
included ponies and a petting zoo, music, entertainm...ent,
hot food, cookies and candy, refreshments and ice cream, clowns, music,
games and activities, a beautiful Santa's Village, and of course, Santa
and toys for every child. 200 volunteers lent their hearts, hands and
energy to providing a loving and transformational experience for
children in the most desperate of circumstances.
We invite you
to volunteer to help us (and Santa) distribute gifts, toys, lead fun
activities and bring special cheer to these underprivileged children and
their families.
The volunteer shift will be on Saturday,
December 18 from 10am - 3pm. Volunteer responsibilities may vary. Only
10 volunteer spots available! First come, first serve basis till spots
fill.
***Volunteer spots have been filled! Thank you everyone for your quick responses and interest. We are looking to obtain more spots next year for TAP volunteer with Heartfelt.
Want to help out but can't volunteer? No worries! TAP is
also assisting the Heartfelt Foundation with collecting toys for the
event! We will be accepting toy donations at our Christmas dinner and
various locations. Toys collected will be distributed by volunteers at
Heartfelt's Christmas party! Contact michelle.ng@tacl.org if you have
toys and are looking for a location to drop them off at!
