Roll Jean (RJ) Cheng is currently a manager at Accenture primarily focused on change management and business readiness activities for her IT clients. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. Industrial Engineering. At UW, she was involved in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and was Secretary and President of the group. RJ was also part of the Emerging Leaders program and received their scholarship multiple years.

RJ was the Community Service/Cultural Chair last year and was a member of TSA (Taiwanese Student Association) during undergrad. She has also always had a passion for Taiwanese culture and could easily find her watching Taiwanese dramas on weekends. RJ has also stayed in tune with her culture through practicing classical Chinese dance among other styles. RJ also enjoys good conversations, good eats, and good travels!
