Peter Chang is the National Treasurer for TACL National.  His past TACL involvement includes serving as National President of TACL, National Secretary, Los Angeles Chapter Vice President, Los Angeles Political Internship Coordinator, LID Camp Advisor, and founder of Taiwanese American Professionals in Los Angeles (TAP-LA).  Peter previously served Assistant Vice President in Business Banking at Southwest Bank, an M&I Bank in St. Louis, MO, but has since returned to call Southern California his home.  Peter is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in International Relation and a minor in Business Administration.  Peter has extensive sales and marketing experience spending 6 years with Xerox Corporation.  His interests in US-Taiwan-China tri-lateral relations led him to work in the office of the Deputy Secretary-General to the President of Taiwan for 3 years.  Peter founded Young Asian American Professional Association in St. Louis (www.yapastl.org), a partner organization of TACL.
